Mamae Natureza offersr a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, preferably organic, plant , raw or carefully steamed ; pasta and cereals; fruits ; fresh fruit juices , in addition to extraordinary desserts , breads , cookies , whole or gluten and lactose. We believe in healthy eating , meeting the needs of everyday life free of harmful compounds in our body. In addition to the Vegetarians and Vegan dishes , they also serve white meat, always the best origin and acquired consciously . The chicken we serve is alternative , set loose fed corn, Korin brand. Eggs also are Korin , coming from hens without confinement. As for the fish, only serve schooling fish ( not carnivores ), preferably sardines, mullet, sole, hake , etc.
